b. 40 meter sled push, body weight. Deadlift 5 x 5
c. GHD HIP extension 15 reps x 5

Strict HSPU, aim for at least 3-5 reps. STRICT. head to floor or ab mat
*scale with wall walks, or declined pushups off a box, pull your hips back and up to activate and put the majority of the load through the pushup on your shoulders
