STRENGTH

1. C&J- Clean and Jerk 7 x 3
*sets should be of 3 quick singles, some climb in weight, but keep reps quick. Rest 1-2 min between sets*

2. Front Squats 2 x 10
**Be conscious of form and mobility! Keep elbows driving upward in the front rack position, triceps should be parallel to the ground in a clean grip position. (not arms crossed in front of you!)**
