Getting Started

Beginning September 1, 2015, we will be offering “Elements” classes for first time CrossFit Athletes in place of “On Ramp”.  The classes will be posted on the website schedule “Elements”.  New athletes can attend those classes until one of our Trainers clears them for all regular schedule classes.  New Athletes can expect to attend at least 6 “Elements” classes prior to being cleared.  This change will allow athletes to start training sooner rather than waiting for the next On Ramp.  Please call before your first class to register and for details.
