1.Strength Work

a. 7 x 2 Back Squat

b. Max Rep Pull-ups

After warm-up, start with moderately heavy weight for first set. Add weight each set working to a HEAVY 2 rep back squat.

For max rep pull-ups, IF you use a scaling option when completing a metcon involving pull-ups (a band for assist), drop down to less assistance (a “lower” color resistance band or no band). This is to build STRENGTH, not just maintain where we already are, Push yourself!!
